We are in a strong position to source the prilled and granular Urea product from our Russian and Ukrainian associates under the below terms: A) In Bulk: Urea 46% min.12,500 MT. The price is based on the FOB Black Sea (Russian) Ports. We are ready to discuss the large quantities for serious Buyers. B) In 50 KG bags: Urea 46% min.3,000 MT in WPP/PE 50KGs+/-1KGs bags. The price is based on the FOB Black Sea Ports. PROCEDURES: 1. Buyer sends LOI with complete banking coordinates with permission for a soft probe through bank. 2. Seller issues Draft Contract/FCO. 3. Buyer accept and sign the Draft Contract/FCO. 4. Hard Contract copies are exchanged. 5. Buyer issues Non-operative L/C. 6. Seller activates L/C with 2% PB & POP (Bank-to-bank) 7. Shipment starts as per agreed contract schedule.
